Upon your request, we will agree to Mediate and/or Arbitrate unresolved disputes under the Better Business Bureau Rules of Mediation and/or Arbitration (Binding). There are limits as to the claims that can be arbitrated under these rules. The Better Business Bureau establishes participation fees.
