My husband and I stopped by Bay Lobsters on our way home last night.  It was our first visit and we left with Chilean Sea Bass and fish chowder.  Oh my, both were fantastic!!!  We baked the sea bass in white wine for 20 minutes or so and had a cup of the chowder while we waited.  Your chowder is so awesome!!! It could be served in any fine dining establishment and get rave reviews!!!  I am allergic to shell fish so I never get to try the seafood type chowders.  This is so incredibly good.  We are looking forward to becoming regular customers and will tell everyone we know about Bay Lobsters.  Thanks for being there!  Nancy

I was the gentleman that purchased the 6.1 lb lobster a few Saturdays back. I smoked it on my Weber charcoal grill...indirect heat at 350 f. for 35 minutes. It was very moist with a very unique smoky flavour. I made a bisque with the shells and body meat. I added some crab meat...spectacular! - Gordon Glass

We ended up getting the Bay of Fundy salmon for our BBQ on Sat. It really was amazing and so fresh. We loved it, as did our guests. I can't wait to try your Copper River soon. We are so thrilled to have found a great place for fresh fish so close to us. We'll be back! - Melanie

I purchased the Sea Bass on Sunday….AWESOME!!!!! I was hesitant to spend the money and my mother thought I was nuts…I proved her wrong as she’ll be in to purchase some for herself after she tried mine. Before that I had the Orange Roughy which was also wonderful. We are a fish family and live less than a mile away so having your store so close is either going to make me really happy or broke!!!! Looking forward to my next purchase which I’m probably going for Grouper. Thanks, Casey.

Thanks for the delivery of the wonderful haddock. When I was wrapping it in individual wraps for some freezing, I realized how great it was. So I had to have some for dinner. Nothing in the other stores compares. Taste was soooooo good. It took me back to the days in the Gloucester area.

Got your new email about the website change.  Looking forward to it! Love your store and have really enjoyed all the seafood I've tried ( several orders) from there. Still want to be included in news... don't take me off the list. These little things  you do, like  fresh Stone Crab Claws, or live Crawfish, or the homemade clam chowder...make you the best fresh seafood place in the middle of land locked Twinsburg!  haha .  Please keep doing what you're doing  and sending out those email bulletins too!   Jim Gibbs

We needed 2 additional lobsters for our order last week and John's wife personally delivered them to our door on her way home!

We've purchased a great variety from BayLobsters and have enjoyed it all. From Arctic Char to Chilean Sea Bass to Lake Erie Perch to S. African Lobster Tails...it's all been amazing.
